Nameplate prices
Prices depend on the design, but also on the size. Most plates more than 3' wide are assembled from multiple pieces, requiring them to be thicker overall and to need more assembly. Plates more than 4'6" wide may need to be thicker to be physically strong enough. This does affect costs.
